We sell wholesale to the trade only. Viewing this website does not constitute an offer to sell. When placing an order, please provide the following information:
• State Tax Resale Number
• Company Name and Customer Number
• Current Shipping Address
• Style, Size, and Quantity of Items
• Name of Person Placing the Order
Terms
A state tax resale certificate must be furnished for our files. Orders must be paid by credit card or check by phone. COD orders are available upon request. We do not ship to accounts that have outstanding NSF checks.
All orders shipped outside the continental United States must be prepaid by Credit Card or wire transfer. All shipments are FOB Hartford, WI or Huntsville, AL.
The prices in your 2009 price guide (which you may request with catalog) precede all previous lists. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Back Orders
In the event we are temporarily out of stock, you may request that we reserve specific items through back order. If you do not request a back order, the items will be cancelled.
Truck Shipments
COD customers must prepay the merchandise for truck shipments. Freight will be collected upon delivery by the trucking company. Claims or losses on truck shipments must be made with the delivering carrier. Kendall • Hartcraft ® accepts no responsibility for truck damages.
Credit Cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover at no additional charge. When paying by credit card, please provide card number with each order.
Damaged Merchandise
Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt. All claims must be made within 10 days. If merchandise arrives in damaged box(es), refuse the order OR note damaged box on the shipping paperwork when you sign for the product.
To report damaged or defective merchandise, call our Customer Service department immediately for instructions. Please provide the customer number, sales order number, and the description of the problem.
If product is damaged because of shipper mishandling, save the box and packing materials. Without original box(es) and packing materials, your claim cannot be processed for refund or replacement. Claims or losses on common carrier shipments must be made with the delivering carrier.
Be sure to return the damaged product using the call tag which will be provided to you. If we do not receive these items back with 30 days, you will be billed for the product.

Returns
If you would like to return merchandise that is not damaged, defective, mounted, or custom, you will be responsible for payment of the original freight cost of shipping the order, the freight cost to return the order, and a 20% restocking fee.
Rush Orders
Orders in need of shipment before normal ship time
must pay 10% or $15 (which ever is greater). During the Holidays, rush fees are subject to increase and deadline dates will be imposed.
Frames and Easel Backs
• $6.00 Packing charge on all orders less than $100.00
• Most orders ship within 3 working days.
• C.O.D. customers who request Air shipments must prepay with credit card.

Length Moulding
• No minimum
• Sold by factory bundle only. (Bundle footage may vary from 10 to as much as 25 feet.)
• $3.00 packing charge on orders less than 100 feet.
• Moulding orders normally ship within 24 hours.
Truck moulding orders generally ship within 48 hours.
UPS length moulding shipments will be cut 6 ft. with balance unless otherwise specified.

Chop Service

Frames are mitered with a standard 1/8” allowance unless exact dimensions are requested. All chops are shipped within 24 hours. Please inspect chops upon receipt and report any damages immediately.

Wedge Kits
Wedge kits are available for $3.50 a frame. This service allows you to join a frame without any special equipment. Glue is the only material needed to join wedges. You must specify "chop & wedge" to receive this service.
